Get Right - Day 14

SLEEP: 7 hours, plus a 2.5 hour nap

NUTRITION:
940AM: pb&j sandwich on whole wheat bread, glass of nesquik chocolate milk

200PM: salad w/ romaine lettuce, cucumbers & honey mustard dressing

500PM: 2 of those mango jelly things

530PM: steak, 2 strips of bacon, rice, water

700PM: slice of cantaloupe, water

720PM: some little fish things, water

940PM: some cucumbers

1130PM: bowl of frosted flakes w/ 2% milk

WOD:
rest day

too bad no football today.
