Get Right - Day 26

SLEEP: a big fat zero! i was totally dozing off halfway through my shift though. took a 5 hour nap after work.

NUTRITION:
245AM: some almonds, water

545AM: 10 oz bottle of sunny d

340PM: 1.5 polish sausages w/ ketchup

1145PM: milk fish w/ rice (i was doing so well!!), water

WOD:
tabata work

could've taken a nap during work, but the freaking male nurse kept talking to me.
